HR & Compliance Manager

Contract Status:     Permanent, part-time/term-time (plus 2 weeks)

Hours:                       30 hours per week over 4/5 day (flexible start/finish times)

Working Weeks:     36 weeks pa

Required From:      Latest September 2024

The Position

We seek to appoint an experienced HR professional to provide comprehensive support across the School, ensuring a fully compliant service across all areas.

This is a standalone role that requires the post holder to manage a wide variety of key functions; including generalist HR support; recruitment; single central register; employee relations; policy management; risk management; training and development; and compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will have experience of HR principles, practices and procedures along with knowledge of UK employment law and excellent attention to detail.

Working within a small, friendly and supportive team, the position is offered on a part-time and term-time only basis.
