Individual Music lessons
Our music teachers are external providers and payment for music lessons is made directly to them. More information is available from Mrs Hill, Head of Music.
Parental Contracts
All parents must sign the Acceptance Form, which encompasses the School’s parent contract, prior to their child starting at TPS. A copy of Terms & Conditions will be sent with the Acceptance Form and is also available upon request from the Admissions Registrar.
Payment of Fees
Fees may be paid by direct debit termly, monthly or annually. Details of fees and finance are sent by the Admissions Registrar to parents of all new pupils upon joining.
Notice of Withdrawal
As with all independent schools in South West London, parents must give a full term’s notice in writing to the Headmaster before withdrawing their child from the school, or pay a term’s fees in lieu of notice.
Additional Charges
There are extra fees payable for specialist learning support, trips, breakfast club supervision and daily transport to school using the school minibus, these costs will have VAT added at the appropriate rate.
After school supervision and externally led extra-curricular clubs are paid directly to the providers.
