Welcome to Twickenham Prep Admissions
We know that choosing the right school for your child is one of the most important decisions any parent has to make. We invite you to visit us at either our Open Day in May or our termly Pre-Prep Open Mornings. Alternatively, prospective parents are welcome to join us for a personal tour with the Headmaster. We would be delighted to meet you and show you round. Visitors are also encouraged to attend assembly if they are able to.
If you are interested in your child joining us at Twickenham Prep please send us your details using our Admissions Enquiry link. We will then be in touch with you. If you have any further questions about the School or the admissions process then please contact our Admissions Secretary, Joanna Marshall, on firstname.lastname@example.org or 020 8979 6216.
To register your child for Reception, an Admission Application Form (available from the School) should be completed and sent to us with a £75 registration fee. The application form must be signed by both parents. When we receive this we will send you an acknowledgement that your child is now on the Entry List. Forms are available when visiting the School. Alternatively, please contact Joanna Marshall to request a form on email@example.com.
Parents of pupils registered at the school will receive a letter 18 months before they are due to start school. In order to secure a child’s place on the Entry List, parents will be asked to sign an Acceptance Form confirming acceptance of the school Terms and Conditions and to pay a deposit of £1000. The deposit is non-refundable if your child does not take up a place at the school. For pupils joining the school, the deposit will be retained by the school until it is credited without interest to the final payment of the fees or other sums due to the school on your child’s leaving. The level of deposit is subject to an annual review.
ENTRY AT OTHER AGES
Entry at other than 4+ is possible only if places are available. Please email or telephone the Office to enquire; the method of entry will be explained to you.
