Working in an environment that inspires outstanding performance, we want our staff to be fully committed to high standards, ongoing professional development and supporting one other, duly focusing on the best possible outcomes for the children.

From the first day, our induction programme for new staff ensures that colleagues are made to feel welcome and supported at all times. Each member of staff is assigned a mentor to help them and there is a comprehensive training programme to ensure that colleagues are secure in their role. We have a variety of staff social events and fundraising activities which bring everyone together to build a sense of community and, most importantly, to have fun! Staff benefits include delicious school lunches, pension provision and healthcare benefits, and the leadership group are supportive and considerate in their approach.

We recognise that a happy, valued staff will be at their best for the children.
