From the first day, our induction programme for new staff ensures that colleagues are made to feel welcome and supported at all times. Each member of staff is assigned a mentor to help them and there is a comprehensive training programme to ensure that colleagues are secure in their role. We have a variety of staff social events and fundraising activities which bring everyone together to build a sense of community and, most importantly, to have fun!
