ISI School Inspection Report 2025
The new ISI Inspection Framework was implemented in 2023, and from this time forward schools are no longer awarded judgement ratings, such as the ‘Excellent’ which TPS achieved in all areas in 2022; instead schools are judged as to whether they have met the standards based on aspects of compliance relating to the Education Regulations 2014.
We are truly delighted that TPS has met all the required standards, reflecting our commitment to provide high-quality education and exceptional care for our pupils.
The inspection covered the following key areas:
- Section 1: Leadership and Management, and Governance
- Section 2: Quality of Education, Training and Recreation
- Section 3: Pupils’ Physical and Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing
- Section 4: Pupils’ Social and Economic Education and Contribution to Society
- Safeguarding
The following extracts from the report, evidence the quality of education and provision provided by the staff at TPS, showing us to be a school where the children thrive and love to learn:
‘The School’s ethos and values are embedded across all areas.’
‘Teaching is engaging and interactive, with pupils encouraged to think independently, collaborate and participate actively in their learning.’
‘The school provides a balanced curriculum that systematically develops pupils’ skills and knowledge across a broad range of subjects.’
‘Pupils engage well with creative and physical subjects, including performances, house events and enrichment opportunities, where they demonstrate creativity, courtesy and teamwork.’
‘Leaders foster a culture where pupils feel safe, valued and respected. Positive relationships between staff and pupils contribute to a secure sense of belonging.’
‘Pupils engage in a learning environment that fosters confidence, self-esteem and self-awareness… they are motivated, demonstrating curiosity, courage and enthusiasm for learning in line with the school values.’
